Orders will usually be shipped within 2 to 7 days. You will be notified by email of any unexpected delays.
Shipping to the US:
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 (including Alaska & Hawaii) via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.
Overnight or ground shipping by FedEx or UPS is available. The actual charge plus $2.00 handling will be added to your order invoice.
Shipping Insurance is Optional. You will be given the option to add it before completing the check-out process for your order. There is no insurance on your order if you do not add it at check-out.
Shipping to Canada:
Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $25.00* for First Class International Mail. (*Please note this is a flat rate based on weight of 1 pound - if your order is just a few things & under 8oz or less I will adjust the shipping by refunding your PayPal account or credit card payment) I have no control over any duties, taxes or fees added to your order once it leaves my hands.
International Shipping:
International orders will be shipped via 1st Class International but I have to do a listing on ETSY for your order so they can compute the duties & correct shipping amount. Insurance is optional. Please email me if you have questions. DO NOT PAY VIA CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL - AT CHECKOUT CLICK SENDING A CHECK OR PAYING CASH. PAYMENT WILL BE MADE THRU THE LISTING ON ETSY. **Duties, customs fees and/or additional costs to receive your order are your responsibility.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately. You may return any item for a refund (less the shipping charge & the processing fees charged by my credit card processor) within 20 days. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped. Return shipping is at your expense.
If an item has been damaged in shipping please contact me immediately.
