Inside Outside Kit - 1:48 Scale

Inside Outside Kit was a Small Scales Convention Souvenir Workshop (I think Fresno but not sure).  All of the artwork was done by Joan McLean.  It is a L shape 2 sided box in a acrylic cube (8" x 3.75" x 3.75").  The walls have been finished as shown.  All of the furniture kits shown (except the 2 chairs) and all accessories are included with the structure.  There is no mention of the chairs in the directions so I don't think they were included. This is from an estate so one only.
