Blue Victorian Estate Piece - 1:48 Scale - Completed from a  kit by Sue Hoeltge.  Completely furnished as shown.  Front hinges open and is furnished.  Roof on top right is hinged & opens to reveal a 3rd floor furnished bedroom.  This kit would have been available in the late 90's and is furnished with pieces by Sue Holtege and kits by other 1:48 artisans.  One only available.  Shipping will be via UPS insured - continental US.  NOTE: I realize this is an expensive piece - it is priced to reflect the cost of the kits purchased - not considering the hours spent creating this piece.
